Our docking station is crafted from solid aluminum—built like a tank. You’d pretty much have to toss it out a window to hurt it (please don’t, warranty doesn’t cover stunts).

If you twist the cable around too much, it can snap—just like any other cable. But no worries: we keep plenty of spares. If that happens, drop us an email and we’ll send you a new one, free of charge. You’ll be back in business in no time.
