Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We ship bi-weekly because wys objects is a hobby project, and we want to ensure every order gets the care it deserves! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification to keep you in the loop.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey on our website or the carrier’s site.

Do I have to pay taxes and fees to receive my package?

Orders outside of the EU, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Can I pick up my order?

Typically, we don’t offer pickup, but if our schedules align, we’d be happy to make it work! Just send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy on the Leica Dock?

We offer a lifetime warranty on the Leica Dock. It’s built to last, but if anything happens, just email us, and we’ll replace the broken parts for free. You'll only need to cover the shipping cost.

Does the docking station work with a grip?

The docking station is not compatible with the grip attached.
